Refund & Cancellation

Billing model
The Service is currently offered free during its public beta. If and when paid plans launch, the billing model and payment details will be published here. Any paid plan would be billed as a one-month term with no automatic recurring charge — a plan would not renew unless you make another payment.
Cancellation
Because nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel — simply don't make the next payment. Your plan's features remain available until the end of the term you already paid for, after which the account returns to the free tier.
Refunds
If something went wrong — for example you were charged in error or the Service was unusable — email us within 7 days of the payment and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate. As the Service is a digital product that is used immediately, refunds for a term that has already been substantially used are at our reasonable discretion.
