FinDocAnalyzer is an educational tool, not investment advice. Nothing on this platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always verify figures against the original source document and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using FinDocAnalyzer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service reads financial-report PDFs you upload and produces educational summaries, extracted metrics, and period-over-period comparisons. Output is generated with automated tooling and AI and may contain errors or omissions. It is provided for learning and general understanding only.
3. Educational only — not advice
The Service is educational. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice, and no buy/sell/hold recommendations, price targets, valuations, or trading signals. Nothing here creates a fiduciary or advisory relationship. You are solely responsible for verifying every figure against the source document and for any decision you make. Consult a licensed professional.
4. Eligibility
You must be of legal age and must not use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to others.
5. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) upload content you do not have the right to use; (b) use the Service for anything unlawful; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or (d) resell or redistribute the output as professional financial advice.
7. Intellectual property
We own the platform and its content (excluding your uploaded documents). You retain rights to your uploaded documents and grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Plans, payment & renewals
The Service is currently offered free during its public beta. If and when paid plans launch, details of pricing and payment will be published here and on the pricing page. Any plan that is activated is activated manually once payment is confirmed. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service's output. The Service is educational and must not be used as a sole basis for any financial or investment decision.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the Service.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer or other statutory protections that apply in your country of residence.
